Aventura Mall will be expanded and renovated by Clear Channel Malls

Channel Outdoor, concurred with Turnberry Associates to make luxury restorations and expansion at Aventura Mall in South Florida. Aventura Mall is internationally recognized as the shopping center by excellence for its luxury retail, fine dinning and entertainment performances. The Mall is in the course of going through a $20 million renovation as well as  250,000-square-foot expansion to be completed by Spring of 2008. Real Estate development and property management company Turnberry Associates is based in Aventura, Florida and for up to 40 years has built more than 5,000 homes, 22 million square feet of retail space and more than 1,500 of hotel and luxury resort rooms as well as oceanfront condominiums.
