Luxury condo boom in Aventura City

Aventura City is in its highest condo boom level. There are many condo projects becoming a reality. People just love to live in a condominium and a big number of foreign persons just come to Aventura and buy a condo unit. This is the case of two Canadian boater lovers who came to Aventura when the Miami Boat Show took place in February. They just fell in love at first sight with every condo unit they visited. These two young and professional boaters observed the city as a cosmopolitan center full of commercial deals and business opportunities everywhere, entertainment, fine dinning, recreational activities, Real Estate investments and the best luxury condos in the world. The most appreciable factors for them to watch at were the amazing weather and beautiful beaches, the spectacular ocean views and marina facilities. They came back  resolved to buy a condo unit in Aventura City by signing a pre-construction agreement. They expect to be living in the luxury condo community of William Island in early 2007.
