Shoppes at the waterways is the best shopping and dining experience you may have whether you are a resident of Aventura City or a visitor. This Mall is located behind some luxury condo complexes and a deep water marina facility at 3575 NE 207th Street. It provides about 25 shopping stores, fine restaurants with all kind of international dishes and coffee houses. The Mall also counts with dentistry and luxury beauty salons.
It is visited, from time to time, by a big number of celebrities in which Madonna and Shakira are included. Many galleries have been recognized globally and have been mentioned as the best voted in South Florida by the New Times magazine.
The Shoppes at the waterways was first built in 1990 to catch people attention to the area. It opened its doors with the Unicorn Shopping Center and Boutique as the basis stores. Since its opening, the mall has been visited by local people and also by many foreigners. The Shoppes changed names and stores over the years but it never lost the mall essence of being in Aventura City.
